Lex is a Madison, Wisconsin–based artist whose practice is rooted in healing and transformation. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force and originally from Galena, Illinois, she spent years redefining what purpose meant before turning to art as a way to heal and reconnect with herself.

Lex is currently pursuing a B.A. in Art with a concentration in Photography at Edgewood University. She works fluidly across photography, painting, and experimental mixed media. Her process is guided by intuition and emotion rather than structure. Her approach is experimental and ever-evolving, because healing and emotional honesty are never static.

Her work continues to evolve as a study of contradiction.
